- Most customer care centers experience the highest call volumes on Mondays and Tuesdays. To shorten the time you wait for assistance, call on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The least amount of wait time is between 12p and 4p.

Include your account information, contact number, description of your issue or question and the best time of day to reach you. We will do our best to contact you with a resolution at the time you specified.
