If you don't see your city listed call Customer Support
- Write down a greeting that you want callers to hear and time it.The greeting can be up to 45 seconds. E.g. "Thank you for calling (your name). I am unable to take your call at this time. Leave a message after the tone and I will call you back as soon as I can."
- Dial the Supra VoiceMail access number given to you by Supra Telecom.
- Listen to the prompts. You will be asked for a temporary password for the mailbox. Your temporary password is your telephone number. Depending on if you are in a 10 digit dialing area, you may have to try with and without the area code when inputting your temporary password.
- The next prompt will ask you to input a new password. Enter your password of choice as described by the system.
- The next prompt will ask you to record a name for your Supra VoiceMail. Say your name then press [#].
- The next prompt will ask you to record your personal greeting for your Supra VoiceMail. Record your greeting, then press [#].
- The final prompt will ask you to record a busy line greeting for your Supra VoiceMail. Record your greeting, then press [#].
To check your SupraVoiceMail messages
- Dial your Supra VoiceMail access number from any touch-tone phone. Listen to the prompts. They will take you through the process of retrieving your SupraVoiceMail messages, or leaving a message in another Supra Telecom customer's mailbox.
- If you pick up your home phone and hear a "stutter" dial tone, you have a new Supra VoiceMail message.
- If calling from your home phone and you have *98 service, you can dial [*][9][8] from your home phone to access your SupraVoiceMail.
Note
- Your Supra VoiceMail number is the same as your telephone number.
- Your pass code must be the same password used in setting up your SupraVoiceMai service.
- Be sure to write down your password. Supra Telecom does not have access to Supra VoiceMail passwords. If you lose or forget your password, your SupraVoiceMail will have to be reset and you may lose your messages.
- *98 service is not available in all areas.
